I-924A Reminder

In Announcements, I-924A, Regional Centers by EB-5 Blog Staff

Any regional center designated on or before September 30, 2015 will need to file Form I-924A by December 29, 2015. Form I-924A, as well as the instructions for Form I-924A, can be found on the official USCIS website at http://www.uscis.gov/i-924a.

“Form I-924A is used to demonstrate a regional center’s continued eligibility for the regional center designation. Each designated regional center entity must file a Form I-924A for each fiscal year (October 1 through September 30) within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year (on or before December 29) of the calendar year in which the fiscal year ended.”

“Effective November 23, 2010, the failure to timely file a Form I-924A Supplement for each fiscal year in which the regional center has been designated for participation in the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program will result in the issuance of an intent to terminate the participation of the regional center in the Pilot Program, which may ultimately result in the termination of the approval and designation of the regional center.”

Contact us today for more information on how to properly file Form I-924A along with supporting evidence showing that the regional center is actively promoting economic growth. Failure to make this showing may result in a Notice of Intent to Terminate (NOIT) issued by the USCIS.
